♡ what is a SKEB-LIKE? ♡

- Skeb is originally a japanese commissioning platform in which the client sends in their references and describes the piece in as much detail as possible; it is up to the artist to either accept or decline their requests. Upon acceptance, no updates are given until the completion of the commission.
- Skeb-like pieces mean that the client accepts no communication from me aside from sending notices such as the approval of the commission, the start of a commission, the receiving of additional references the client would like to send, and/or any payments needed. No changes are accepted nor are any updates given for skeb-like pieces as they remain a surprise for the client.

♡ Available Additions ♡

If the client would like to commission one of the above as an NSFW piece, there will be an additional 50% fee attached to the total price.If the client would like for the commission to REMAIN PRIVATE (ie I cannot post about the piece at any point, even after completion) then there will be an additional 20% fee attached to the total price.If the client would like to include PROPS, then there will be an additional $2.50 to $7.50 for a sketch and an additional $7.50 to $15 for an illustration.If the client would like to include any additional CHARACTER(s) to the commission, then there will be an additional 75% fee of the first character's price for every additional character. This will mean that the commission will take longer.If the client would like to include a BACKGROUND, I can try to include something simplistic! I am unfamiliar with scenery and environments but I can try my best; depending on complexity ranging from patterns to basic shapes resembling trees, buildings, etc (blurred). Price can be anywhere from an additional $5 to $25.

♡ i reserve the RIGHT to ♡- Decline the client’s commission if I do not feel comfortable with the subject(s).
- Post my commissions upon completion (unless the privacy fee is paid).♡ the client MAY NOT ♡- Use my art for minting into NFTs and/or for putting into AI image generators.
- Use my art without crediting me (credit must be included in the caption or clearly displayed on the image itself). The watermark MUST NOT be edited.
- Use my art for commercial purposes.
- Commission me to draw characters they do not own without the other’s permission (aside from commercial characters; ie cartoons, mangas, games, etc.). If consent is obtained by other parties (they allow their OC to be used), then it is alright.♡ regarding PAYMENT ♡- The client may not cancel payment once it has been sent. I will offer a refund if I am unable to finish the commission.
- I will not begin on a commission until the client has given me full payment.
- I only accept payment through VGen.
- I work in payment order. Whichever client paid first will come up first on my queue.♡ regarding DELIVERY ♡- Sketches take about roughly 1-2 weeks to complete.
- Illustrations take about roughly 1-2 months to complete.
- Deliverable format is in PNG only.
- After the delivery of the file, I will only keep it in my storage for one year. The client is responsible for keeping any and all deliverables once the commission is completed.
- The client may not make any changes to the commission without my permission.Edits to TOS will be listed and dated.
